By accessing or using the Letchange Service, you signify that you have read and accept the following terms and conditions (the ’Terms of Service’) and agree to be bound by them, whether or not you register with Letchange. Where applicable under law, these Terms constitute a writing signed by you.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Service at any time without further notice.
Letchange may modify this Agreement from time to time and such modification shall be effective upon posting by Letchange on the Letchange website.

Eligibility and Registration
You must be 16years or older to use the Letchange Service.
By using the Letchange Services, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; you will maintain the accuracy of such information and your use of the Letchange Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Member Conduct
You may not use the Letchange Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, graphics, photos, profiles,links and other content that you submit, post, and display on the Letchange Service.
We may, but shall have no obligation to, remove or limit access to Materials originating from any Letchange user that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or infringes or violates any party’s intellectual property or other proprietary rights or these Terms of Service.
The Letchange Services are for the personal use of Members and may be used for promotional purposes as well, but direct commercial endeavors may only be used if they are specifically endorsed or authorized by Letchange.

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify, and at Letchange's request defend, Letchange from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of or conduct on the Letchange Service, or your Materials, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, liabilities, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs, expenses, and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature.
Letchange expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability for the conduct of any other Member, and expressly disclaims that the content and Materials of the Letchange Service input by other Members is correct or accurate.

Password
When you sign up to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify Letchange immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account. Proprietary Rights

Letchange does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, applications, or any other materials that you submit, post, or display on or through the Letchange Service.

By submitting, posting or displaying any Materials on or through the Letchange Service, you hereby grant to Letchange a limited license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Materials solely in connection with the Letchange Service or the promotion thereof.

You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyright material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. Letchange respects the intellectual property rights of others and reserves the right to terminate any user's access to the Letchange Service according to these terms of use if Letchange is notified that such user's activities infringe the rights of third parties on more than one occasion.

Conditions For Use

You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your account made by you including the content of your transmissions through the Letchange Service. You agree not to:

-Publish, distribute and/ or disseminate any harmful, obscene, indecent, unlawful, libelous, profane, defamatory, infringing, inappropriate, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material or information.

- plublish materials wich contains nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website;
- publish informations that poses or creates a privacy or security risk to any person;
- publish a photograph or video of another person without that person's consent;
-Transmit, email or post any material that contains in any form software viruses or such programs as including but not limited to, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel-bots, computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of Letchange.
-Harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of Members of Letchange
-.use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or disclosing your password to any third party or permitting any third party to access your account or sell or otherwise transferring your profile;
